The majority of your day is spent assembling (and over seeing
assembling) of marketing kits for our high profile clients. You will
have the opportunity to learn automation equipment (conveyors, box
sealers, pick to light systems) as well as getting trained on
forklifts and order pickers. You will be on your feet all day in this
energized and fast-paced environment working with many people not only
throughout the department but also with those in other departments,
communicating with most of the organization.
- Overseeing the assembly and material handling procedures in our warehouse.
- Evaluating your work and your teams work creating and maintaining
optimum efficiency
- Working with computer various systems
- Inspecting projects for quality and accuracy prior to shipping
- Coordinating project set-up and tear down
- Delegating assignments to staff in order to complete tasks and
meet deadlines
- Motivate and encourage positive interactions within and between departments
- Encourage and support quality standards
- Able to work solo and as part of a team
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Learn new technologies to stay current and improve established workflows
- Loading and unloading trucks
