Job Description

About the position

Would you like to work in a meticulously clean warehouse and office space that offers you a caring, mutually respectful environment that large companies can only dream about.

Are you someone who is handy and able to fix almost anything from office furnishings to warehouse equipment? Is painting in your blood? Do you enjoy different challenges and assignments nearly every day, including outdoor projects at times? Do you like creating and maintaining an environment where people love coming to work?

We take pride in our culture of integrity, having each other’s back and doing things right. Our building and grounds are well kept, organized and secure. These values and the family environment we foster is why people stay on with us.

A little about us...

We believe a brand’s story should be woven into every touchpoint. And we are uniquely built to deliver on that - with experts in branding, advertising, design, branded merchandise, warehousing, fulfillment, digital technology and printing.

We are also hardcore non-cynics. Every one of us. From the warehouse to the agency. We all fully believe in doing whatever it takes to get the job done. And that there is meaning and satisfaction in doing that job really, really well.

It’s just who we are. What we are. How we’ve always been. And it seems to make our clients very happy.

Experience and Skills

  • You take pride in creating a positive work environment.
  • You are comfortable with computers (instruction provided).
  • You take direction well and can report on the status of your projects regularly.
  • You follow safety rules and procedures and are proactive in identifying areas of concern to management.
  • You have a valid drivers license and good driving record to pick up and deliver supplies and materials.
  • You read, speak, and write English.
  • You are professional and approachable.
  • You are proficient with hand/power tools and are adept at fixing everything from a broken toilet to a damaged hand truck. (No job is too small, be it emptying a wastebasket or changing a lightbulb.)
  • You enjoy renovation projects and consider yourself a handyman/woman; someone who can perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs.
  • You like to paint and have an eye for detail and doing professional work.
  • You are able to lift/carry 50lbs with or without accommodation.
  • You like preparing for events and can be depended upon for their setup (arranging chairs, tables, and equipment in meeting rooms and/or offsite venues).
  • You understand that standing/walking for your entire shift is common for this position, as well as frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, and climbing stairs.
  • Seasonal work outside is required, including spring cleaning of our grounds/picnic area and winter snow clearing from entrances and walkways.
  • Some landscape work is required. All tools and equipment is supplied.
  • We have 2 locations (within 6 miles of each other). Both locations have furnishings and equipment that need monitoring and upkeep.
  • We often will rearrange offices and spaces based upon the company and our clients needs. This requires moving and building furnishings (desks, tables, chairs, etc.)

Job Benefits

  • A stable work environment with a strong culture and a very dedicated and talented team to work with.
  • Encouragement to grow, learn and achieve.
  • Company events for staff and community outreach participation.
  • All the free caffeine you want!
